Why Popularity Contests Make Me Sick (James 2:1-12)

I tried this idea a couple of weeks ago and it worked really well. Below is an outline that I made of James Chapter 2: 1-12.

All I did was I broke down the verses and entitled them, then I had the youth group come up with the points to put underneath the verses. After we got all the way through, we played the entire power point with the points that we came up with.

It was fun, engaging for them, and I was able to guide them in thinking about what this passage speaks about.

The PowerPoint does have the answers that they came up with, so you will need to take them off for your group to come up with the answers.
